The beds were comfortable were comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms were a decent size. The location was excellent. So convenient. Close to train station and restaurants. Yodobashi Shopping Centre is also about a 10 mins walk. There is a 7/11 and Family Mart just 3 mins walk. Isezakicho (donki/shops/restaurants are also about a 20min walk.)

The location was very convenient. It's close to the train station and the bus stop. There's a buffet breakfast. The staff were accommodating and approachable. There's a staff who speaks good English so there was no problem with communication. I was able to send my luggage in advance.

It was clean, quiet, near the places guests would like to go to like convenience stores, banks, and the train stations. I love hotels in Japan! They’re meant for travelers to experience convenience. I wish the hotels in the Philippines were like these as well.

Nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast almost always the same, but there is a lot of stuff to choose from and they are yummy. Very friendly staff, especially waiter responsible for breakfast! Rooms clean, garbage taken every day, towels changed also every day.

Hotel is in a very nice location. Train stain is close by and many restaurants around. there is river close by. if you get a room woth windows facing it. you get a good vieW of trains passing by. It is good foR families woth kids as kids love to see trains.

The Hotel was very nice, clean and the location was also in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was near to many interesting places in Yokohama. The price was also reasonable.

Room was comfortable... Queen room had TV, desk chair little coffee table. Not lots of room to move around but fine. Bathroom was good. staff were friendly, room cleaning service was meticulous. A/C and fridge in room (both needed as during a heatwave)

I love that the hotel is located a few walking distance to/from a train station. The staff members at the reception are very polite, efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the yummy breakfast buffet with just enough choice of food and beverages.

Close enough to train stations and convenient stores. Lovely staff. Comfy beds. Also, can walk to the nearest Donki store and Catholic church. Clean.

The room was just a room but the staff, location, breakfast buffet, and 80’s hair metal (yes, Kiss was playing during breakfast. Hysterical) made this stay truly amazing. The location is great as well. There is an amazing little bakery across the street, a 7-11 a few minutes walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe.
